Wow, it’s Monday again! The weeks have just been flying by for me lately. I can’t believe it’s almost March, almost Easter, and almost spring time! I’m happy to let these frosty weeks fly by so I can really savor my favorite season: SPRING! This color palette of dusty mauve and duck egg blue is meant for the fast approaching springtime season. It makes me think of a very chic Easter brunch. I love how the colors are soft and girly, but not so pastel that it feels childish. And did you know that this particular shade of blue is called “duck egg”? Me neither, maybe it’s an old lady color, but I love that’s its so soft and contains a lot of grey. I’m sensing more duck egg blue in my future. Are you as eager for springtime as I am?

Love these colors. We are actually doing a bathroom remodel and I think duck egg blue might be the perfect color for the walls. And I’m thinking I might need a few wardrobe pieces in dusty mauve!
